How can this be? Tim was one of the best. From politics to sports to you-name-it, he could handle his end of the conversation and have a good time doing it.

This photo, by Marc Andrew Deley, captures so much of what Tim represented: focus, diligence, straightforwardness, integrity, and the complete comfort that comes with being well-prepared and entirely honest in all circumstances.
