this week was amazing. i can't believe how much got done. just one huge hurdle left to go, and that's done by wednesday. it is going to feel so good to get back to a more normal schedule.

lesson learned: if you decide that you can, you will. i don't think i believed that before. but now i know.

day 2 is coming to a close. despite already racking up about 14 hours of overtime yesterday and today, it seems this week will be possible to get through after all. turns out the key is a) insisting on a deadline extension and b) a rather regrettable dose of apathy.

ARGH. well, i might as well get over it, since there's not a whole lot i can do about it now. think i'll go to bed, get some good sleep, and try to exert some influence over tomorrow. wish me luck.
